288 Games Terms and Conditions — Pakistan User Agreement

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 288 Games ("288 Games," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 288 Games platform, including all betting, casino, gaming and related services offered at 288games.net.

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager at 288 Games, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 288 Games platform.

288 Games reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 288 Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288 Games does not accept registrations from individuals under 18, regardless of local laws or parental consent.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own name, on your own behalf and for your personal recreational use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence under your local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before using 288 Games.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from gambling services at 288 Games or under any active cooling-off period you have voluntarily requested.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of 288 Games, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You also agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 288 Games. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Discovery of multiple accounts associated with the same player will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds across all accounts.
• Permanent closure of all accounts without the right of appeal.
• Return of any verifiable net deposits to the original payment source at 288 Games' discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 288 Games support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 288 Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits are credited to your 288 Games account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the rare event of a deposit delay, you should contact 288 Games support with your transaction reference number and the full details of the transaction.

Withdrawal processing times at 288 Games are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 1 hour, subject to network availability.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on card issuer.

288 Games does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, expedited withdrawal services for VIP members may be subject to separate terms communicated through the VIP programme. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are outside 288 Games' control and may apply independently.

Funds deposited at 288 Games may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the platform. You may not use your 288 Games account as a banking facility, payment processor or money transfer service. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension and return of funds.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed at 288 Games are subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. The minimum single bet stake across all sports markets is Rs 200. Maximum stake and maximum payout limits vary by market, sport and event, and are displayed within each individual market on the platform.

Bets placed at 288 Games are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet and received a bet confirmation reference, the bet cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed by the player except through the cash-out facility where available.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets at 288 Games:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be void and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• In cricket, matches interrupted by weather and completed using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled as completed results, not void.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated with the voided leg removed. The remaining selections continue at the adjusted combined odds.
• In-play bet placement is subject to market suspension periods. During suspension (typically during match incidents such as goals, wickets or injuries), bet placement is temporarily unavailable. This is a standard safety mechanism, not a restriction on legitimate betting.

The accumulator profit boost at 288 Games applies as follows: 3 selections = +5%, 4 = +10%, 5 = +15%, 6 = +20%, 7 or more = +25%. To qualify for the boost, each leg must have minimum odds of 1.30 or above. Boosts are applied automatically to qualifying winning accumulators at settlement.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

288 Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion on the 288 Games Promotions page.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed again after an account is closed and re-registered.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Withdrawing your real money balance before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• 288 Games reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, except where a promotion is already in progress and a player has already accepted and begun to use the bonus in question.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of standard wagering completion.

Any player found abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage, matched betting with an intent to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will have all bonus balances voided and may have their account permanently closed.

7. Casino & Games

All casino games and other skill or chance-based games available at 288 Games — including live casino, slot games, fishing games, crash games, Andar Bahar and Teen Patti — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. These systems are independently tested to ensure fairness, and no game outcome can be predicted, influenced or manipulated by 288 Games or any player.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee the outcome of any individual session. Actual results in any individual session may be significantly above or below the published average RTP.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error or software fault — the round in progress will be voided and any wagered amount for that round will be credited back to your account. 288 Games is not liable for technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including player-side connectivity issues.

8. Responsible Gaming

288 Games is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their activity effectively. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings, and take effect immediately when activated:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and hard logout timers that enforce a maximum continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days, during which you cannot log in, deposit or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from all 288 Games services. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent.

288 Games reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring indicates patterns associated with problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

9. Security & Fraud Prevention

288 Games employs multiple layers of security and fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players. By using 288 Games, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which constitute fraud or a serious breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform in any way connected to money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity of any kind.
• Charging back, reversing or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after those funds have been used for gambling at 288 Games.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automation tool to interact with 288 Games in ways not supported by the standard platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain. Any such activity must be reported to support immediately and any gains made through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or match outcomes, share information for betting advantage, or otherwise undermine the fairness of any market.

288 Games cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence authorities in investigations relating to financial crime. Account information may be shared with such authorities without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

10. Privacy & Data

288 Games collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with your account, transactions and platform use. The full details of how we handle your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering at 288 Games, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes transaction data, gameplay data, communication records and identity verification documents where applicable.

11. Disputes & Limitation of Liability

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 288 Games account, a bet settlement, a payment or any other matter, the correct procedure is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact 288 Games customer support via live chat or email, clearly describing the issue and providing your account username, the relevant transaction reference or bet ID, and any supporting information.
• Step 2: 288 Games will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days for complex matters.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may request escalation to senior management within 14 days of receiving the initial response.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described above shall be subject to binding arbitration or judicial proceedings as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

288 Games may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may also notify active account holders by email or in-platform notification, depending on the nature and significance of the change.

Your continued use of 288 Games following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of your remaining balance.
